Do we automatically get a table when we make a reservation for happy hour on Thursdays?
No. We have fewer seats than standing room. However, if you mention this when making your reservation, we can try to accommodate you if possible.
Can we just show up without a reservation for the Thursday happy hours?
Yes, you’re always welcome. However, we can’t guarantee that you’ll be able to get in. The wait times can be very long.
What time do you open for happy hour on Thursdays?
At 4:30 p.m. As a special exception, on Thursdays, the bars are closed from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. while we prepare Le Cathcart to welcome you.
I haven't received an email or phone confirmation for my reservation on Thursday from 5 to 7; is it confirmed?
No. We respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours. If you submitted a reservation request less than 24 hours before the scheduled date and have not received a confirmation, that means your reservation has not been confirmed.
Do we need to make reservations for nights other than Thursday from 5 to 7?
Yes. If you are a group of ten or more people, please send a reservation request to the following email address: reservations@lecathcart.com. Otherwise, simply stop by during our business hours.
