Le Cathcart is a vast 3,252 m² (35,000 sq ft) space featuring a large garden bathed in light thanks to the 650 m² (7,000 sq ft) PVM glass pavilion, which opens up the PVM Gallery and Le Cathcart to downtown.
Le Cathcart Restaurants and Biergarten is part of the Place Ville Marie Esplanade revitalization project, which is the cornerstone of Projet Nouveau Centre, a more than $1 billion investment by Ivanhoé Cambridge to revitalize the downtown Montreal experience for city residents.
